Lawrence Gottlieb was educated at Stand Grammar School in Whitefield, Manchester.
He has a degree in Civil Engineering from Manchester University and graduated in 1980. An active member of the Institute of Structural Engineers, Lawrence is a Committee Member of the Lancashire & Cheshire Branch and has contributed an article to ‘The Structural Engineer’ (the Institute’s magazine).
Lawrence is the Chairman of the North West Consulting Engineers Sole Practitioners Group and after thirty years in the industry boasts experience in numerous areas of structural engineering.
On a personal note – Lawrence has been married to Caroline for 25 years and has two sons both at University. When he is not working he has been known to fly kites, juggle and solve / make puzzles.
